How we work
The paper is part of the job.
A guard agency is judged twice: on the night something happens, and on the day an inspector or a labor case asks for the records. We keep both in one system — duty logs, payroll, remittances, licences — so the answer is always on file.
- Every guard's licence and clearances tracked to the day they lapse
- Floating status capped at six months, with the notice served and filed
- Firearms issued and returned on signed slips
- Final pay released within 30 days of separation
