Security services

Guards who are there, and can prove it.

Licensed guards on 8- or 12-hour shifts, armed or unarmed, with relievers for rest days and a commander who visits.

Posts we man

Every post has written orders.

We write the post orders with you after the survey; every guard on the post carries them and signs for them on the duty detail order.

  • Gate and access control

Vehicle and visitor logs, gate passes checked against the delivery receipt, seal numbers recorded.

  • Lobby and reception

Visitors announced before they go up, deliveries held at the lobby, courteous and firm.

  • Armed posts

Vault, teller line and cash escort. Licensed firearms issued and returned on a signed slip, never to a guard whose licence has lapsed.

  • Perimeter and patrol

Night rounds through checkpoint stickers, scanned on the guard's phone so a skipped corner shows.

  • Lady guards

Frisking and bag inspection at mall and event entrances.

  • Shift-in-charge and detachment commander

On large sites, a commander who checks posts, corrects the roster and reviews every incident.

How you know

Four things you will never have to take on trust.

  • Clocked from the post

A guard clocks in on the duty page; the site's geofence flags a clock-in made anywhere else.

  • Rounds on record

Each checkpoint scan is timed. The client sees rounds made and rounds missed.

  • No-shows raised in minutes

A post with no clock-in 15 minutes into the shift lights up on the operations desk, and a reliever is sent.

  • Billed for hours actually manned

A shift we left unmanned comes off your invoice by itself, by the hour.

The rate

Built on the wage order, line by line.

Your rate sheet shows, per post: the daily wage of the region's latest wage order, overtime, night differential, holiday pay, 13th month, service incentive leave, retirement, uniform allowance, the Government's share — then our agency fee and VAT.

When a new wage order raises the minimum wage, the law puts the increase on the principal (RA 6727 §6). We send you the adjustment letter and the new rate sheet the day the order is published.

  • 12-hour posts priced at 8 normal hours plus 4 overtime
  • Night differential for every hour from 10 PM to 6 AM
  • Unmanned hours deducted automatically on the invoice
  • Extra guards for an event billed only when you ask
  • 2% expanded withholding and BIR 2307 handled on every receipt
