What we collect, and what we do with it.

This site collects only what you type into its forms or allow your phone to share. This notice says what that is, why, who reads it, how long we keep it, and how to ask about it.

Bulwark Security & Manpower, Inc. (“the agency”) is the personal information controller for this website, at 2/F Rampart Building, 88 Timog Avenue, Quezon City 1103. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its implementing rules and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

What each form collects

Quotation request

  • What: Your company or building, your name, e-mail and phone, the service, the number of guards or staff, the city and your message.
  • Why: For an account officer to call you, survey the site and send a rate sheet.
  • How long: If you become a client, for the life of the contract and ten years after (tax law). If not, two years from our last reply.

Job application

  • What: Your name, mobile number, e-mail, birth date, home address, security licence number and expiry if you give them, and your message.
  • Why: To screen and interview you; if you are hired, to open your employee record.
  • How long: If hired, as an employee record the Labor Code and D.O. 174 require. If not, one year from the decision, then deleted.

Guard duty page

  • What: Your employee number and PIN to sign in; when you clock in or out, the time and — if you allow it — your phone's location; checkpoint scans and incident reports.
  • Why: To record your duty for pay, to show the client the post was manned, and to judge a clock-in against the site's area.
  • How long: With your payroll records (ten years). Locations are kept as a distance from the site, not a map trail.

Client portal sign-in

  • What: Your registered e-mail and the one-time code or link we send to it.
  • Why: To show your company's posts, incidents, invoices and compliance packs to you and nobody else.
  • How long: The code works once for ten minutes; sign-ins are logged for the account's security.

Who reads it

Sales and operations for quotations; HR for applications; operations, payroll and the detachment commander for duty records; billing for the portal. A client sees the names and clock-in times of the guards on its own posts, never their government numbers or pay. Government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, PNP-SOSIA) receive what the law requires. We do not sell your details.

What this website keeps in your browser

  • bulwark-theme (local storage): whether you chose the light or dark look.
  • bulwark-opened (session storage): that the opening animation has played this visit, so it plays only once.
  • bw_duty and bw_portal (cookies, only after you sign in): keep you signed in to the duty page or the client portal. They hold no personal details and end when you sign out.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell a person from a bot; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers it.
