Terms of use, in plain words.

Quotations

A quotation request asks us to call you; it commits neither side. A rate is binding only in a signed service agreement, built on the wage order in force on its start date. A later wage order changes the rate from its effective date, by written notice, as RA 6727 provides.

Applications

Applying is free. The agency never asks an applicant for money — not for training, a uniform, a slot or a referral. Anyone who does, in our name, is not acting for us; please report them to our office.

The client portal

Portal access is given to the people a client names. A sign-in code or link is for the person it was sent to; do not forward it. What the portal shows is drawn from our records at the moment you look; an invoice or compliance pack issued on paper governs if the two ever differ.

The guard duty page

The duty page is for the agency’s own guards and staff. Clock in only from your post, only for yourself. A clock-in made for someone else, or from somewhere else, is a disciplinary matter under the agency’s code of conduct.
